Therefore, it is a new topic and research topic for us to further understand the actual needs of students for employment guidance.
(3) There is no concept of looking for a job, lack of directional analysis of looking for a job, unclear thoughts on their future development and unclear self-positioning. The short-term employment of graduates not only makes students blind in employment, but also increases the risk of job-hopping. Therefore, according to the characteristics of different students, schools need to guide students to establish correct professional values, rationally adjust employment orientation, and do their best to educate students with correct views on employment and job selection to avoid the imbalance of students' value orientation. When determining the employment intention, we should not simply put personal interests such as income and treatment first, but also consider the social value and contribution of the profession to society. It is necessary to guide students to combine their own ideals, comprehensively analyze social needs, specific environment and their own comprehensive ability and other realistic conditions, and rationally adjust and determine employment expectations.
(4) Strengthen honesty education and improve students' professional ethics awareness. Due to the freedom of choosing a job and the uncertainty of opportunities under the market economy, graduates have serious misunderstandings about the phenomenon of breach of contract. Graduates show some problems in the workplace, such as low self-evaluation, high job-hopping frequency and difficult career planning guidance. Vocational guidance courses in colleges and universities should be offered as soon as possible, and at the same time, students should be helped to establish correct career choices and career development concepts, and personalized work such as "career planning and workplace orientation" should be carried out.
