Because the real source of emotions is a person's beliefs, values and rules, when they change and the same thing happens, the individual's emotional state will become different. Such skills include: frame changing, belief planting, value positioning and so on. If the beliefs involved belong to the level of "identity", then self-integration and self-acceptance will be very effective.
2. Dealing with problems related to one's own identity level-this can be some limited beliefs about identity or identity problems related to family system, which can be handled by using the concepts and skills of family system arrangement.
