Notice of Opening Qutangxia Scenic Spot in Baidicheng, Fengjie, Chongqing
Opening hours:
On the morning of March 14, the park opened on March 10 and closed at 7: 00. The opening hours of the scenic spot behind the park are 8:30- 17:00 every day.
Tourist reception range:
Only Chongqing tourists are accepted for the time being.
Intake air flow restriction:
No more than 8,000 visitors a day, and no more than 1500 visitors every two hours.
Requirements for scenic spots:
1. Visitors need to bring their ID cards to the ticket office of the scenic spot to register for real-name registration system, and then they can enter the park after receiving the tickets.
2. All tourists are required to check when entering the scenic spot (show their own health code and Yukang code), wear masks and cooperate with the staff of the scenic spot for temperature detection. Visitors who do not wear masks will be discouraged from entering the park. If the body temperature is abnormal, please cooperate with the staff in the scenic spot to deal with it according to the epidemic prevention and control process.
3. The scenic spots are released into the park in different time periods and intervals to avoid concentrated sightseeing. During the tour, please keep a distance of more than 1m from other tourists, make a civilized tour, wear a mask all the time, prohibit spitting, smoking and littering, and obey the on-site management of the scenic spot staff.

Brief introduction of Qutangxia
Qutangxia is the source of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. It starts from Bai Di, fengjie county, Chongqing in the west and reaches Daxi Town, Wushan County in the east, with a total length of 8 kilometers.
Among the world-famous Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, it is the narrowest and shortest canyon. Qutang Gorge is as narrow as a promenade, and cliffs on both sides are as steep as city walls. It is the most majestic and steep. The canyon is deep and the mountains are continuous, forming a very magnificent picture.
The west entrance of Qutang Gorge has Baiyan Mountain in the south and Chi Jia in the north. The two mountains are opposite, and the gorge opens a door, hence the name Kuimen.
The cliffs on both sides are like knives, axes, mountains and narrow canyons, looking up at the blue sky, a trace of clouds and the sky. The water in the canyon is deep and urgent. The narrowest part of the river is less than 50 meters. The waves are very heavy and suffocating.
Although Qutang Gorge is short, it can "choke the river and choke the throat of Ba 'e". The ancients called it "Tian Tongtong, the boat came out of the cave". There are breathtaking ancient plank roads and mysterious Fengxiang Gorge along the river. There are inscriptions on the south bank, the legendary Meng Liangti, hanging monks and armor caves.
