For everyone, life and health are very important, so our country's laws stipulate that citizens' right to life and health cannot be violated by others. Minors, as the future of the disadvantaged groups and nations in society, their lives and health are specially protected by law. China's Constitution stipulates: "Parents have the obligation to educate their minor children. Abuse of the elderly, women and children is prohibited. " The Law on the Protection of Minors stipulates: "Parents or other guardians shall perform their obligations of guardianship and upbringing of minors according to law, and shall not abuse or abandon minors; Shall not discriminate against female minors or disabled minors; Infanticide and abandonment are prohibited. " At the same time, it stipulates: "The state guarantees that the person, property and other legitimate rights and interests of minors are not infringed. " The Law on the Protection of Minors also stipulates: "Whoever infringes upon the personal rights or other lawful rights of minors and constitutes a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law, and whoever maltreats minor family members shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to the provisions of the Criminal Law." At the same time, China's laws also prohibit employers from illegally recruiting minors under the age of 16, and from arranging underage workers to engage in underground, toxic, harmful and labor-intensive labor. The illegal use of child labor is an illegal act that seriously damages the safety and health of minors and endangers the prosperity of the country. The law severely punishes such behavior.
