How do modern people realize mental health?

The modern concept of health holds that health should include four levels:

(1) in good health. That is, the body structure is complete and the physiological function is normal, which is the foundation of health.

(2) Mental health. Based on and higher than physical health. Mainly manifested as: compassion and love, emotional stability, positive, full of sense of responsibility and self-confidence, love of life, good communication, harmonious coexistence, strong social adaptability, contentment and so on.

(3) Moral health. China is a country that advocates etiquette. It advocates that the highest standard of moral health is selfless dedication, and the lowest standard is not to hurt others. (4) The society adapts to health. This is a higher level standard, including the adaptation of each person to his role in different periods and positions, which can be divided into two types: good adaptation and bad adaptation. Mental health mainly includes three aspects: first, the identity of psychology and environment.
