Activity concept

Self-confidence is an essential psychological quality for successful people. Self-confidence can not only bring happiness and pleasant inner experience, but also stimulate people's various potential abilities, which is a catalyst for a positive attitude. The improvement of self-confidence is conducive to the development of self-awareness, which is the process of individual socialization and personality formation. Students in Grade 12 and Grade 12 began to think about themselves, including body image, personality, intelligence and interpersonal relationships. Many problems at this stage are centered on "self". Junior high school students' attitudes and views on themselves affect their actual development. Teachers should guide them to fully understand themselves in reality, know how to accept their unchangeable characteristics and learn to accept themselves and others. Junior high school students will be influenced by the power of example in their growth, so teachers can guide students to learn to tap their own potential, break through their own limitations, stimulate students' self-confidence and make them grow up in self-confidence.
