According to the fourth item of the third point of the Revised Instructions for Health Care in Nurseries and Kindergartens, we can know that kindergarten teachers will not be dismissed if they get hepatitis B at work.

Revise the Health Care Standards for Nurseries and Kindergartens;

Specific requirements have been made for children's admission to the park (institute), in the park, staff access, on-the-job and other links, mainly adding or emphasizing the following contents:

(1) emphasizes that children should be examined by medical and health institutions before entering the park (institute) and regularly. Only after passing the inspection can you enter the admission (hospital). It is also required that medical and health institutions and personnel who undertake the physical examination of children entering the park (institute) should obtain corresponding qualifications and receive relevant professional and technical training. The physical examination unit shall conduct inspection in accordance with the physical examination items specified in the Administrative Measures and shall not change them without authorization.

(2) It is clear that kindergartens for children entering the park should check the health checklist for children entering the park, the health manual for children aged 0-6 and the vaccination certificate.

(3) It is emphasized that children suspected of infectious diseases should be "suspended from school" and diagnosed and treated in time.

(4) Clarify the contents of children's regular physical examination, specifically stipulate that children aged 1 ~ 3 should have physical examination twice a year, with an interval of 6 months each time; Children over 3 years old have health check-ups every year 1 time. All children have 1 routine hemoglobin or blood tests every year. 1 ~ 3-year-old children with high risk factors for hearing loss have an annual hearing test 1 time; Children over 4 years old have their eyesight checked every year 1 time.

After the medical examination, parents should be informed of the medical examination results in time.

(5) it is clear that children who have left the park (institute) for more than 3 months need to undergo health examination again according to the inspection items of entering the park (institute).

(6) The requirements for children transferred to the park have been increased, that is, they can directly transfer to the park with the Health Certificate for Children Transferred to the Park (Institute) and the Health Manual for Children Aged 0-6 provided by the original park. The validity period of the "health certificate for children transferred to the park (institute)" is 3 months.

(7) Emphasize morning and afternoon check-up and all-day health observation, and define the contents of the check-up. Clarify the responsibilities of teachers and medical staff.

(8) Put forward clear requirements for sick children and children taking drugs.

(12) Delete and modify the original requirements for infants with a history of contact with infectious diseases.

(13) According to the requirements of the current Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the provision that employees should be transferred from their posts if they are positive for hepatitis B surface antigen in physical examination was cancelled.

Staff related requirements:

(1) On-the-job staff in nurseries and kindergartens must have 1 health check-ups every year according to the items specified in the Administrative Measures.

(2) On-the-job personnel suffering from mental illness shall be immediately transferred from child care institutions.

(3) Anyone suffering from the following symptoms or diseases must leave his post. After being cured, you must hold a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical and health institution designated by the health administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level, and obtain a "Health Certificate for Nursery and Kindergarten Staff" before you can return to the park (the institute):

1) Symptoms such as fever and diarrhea;

2) Respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza and active tuberculosis;

3) Gastrointestinal infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and viral hepatitis E;

4) Gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomonal vaginitis, suppurative or exudative dermatosis, etc.
