Sub-criteria of physical education teaching evaluation in Xiamen University

The sub-criteria of physical examination in Xiamen University are as follows:

T Physical fitness test includes three items: standing long jump, sitting forward, pull-ups (boys)/sit-ups (girls), with a full score of 100 and a total score of 270, which is excellent. The results of physical fitness test are subject to the third grade group standard of the corresponding project in the National Student Physical Fitness and Health Standard (20 14 edition).

Standing long jump: refers to the long jump starting from a standing posture without running up. It is a sport that integrates jumping, explosiveness, physical coordination, technique and other physical qualities. The National Student Physical Health Standard 20 14 stipulates that the standing long jump is a compulsory item in the annual physical fitness test of junior high schools, senior high schools and universities, and it has also become one of the important factors to measure students' physical fitness. ?

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education, all test items such as standing long jump should be fully popularized with intelligent instruments, and equipped with data management software to provide exercise prescriptions.

Flexibility of sitting posture: it is a physical health test item for universities, middle schools and primary schools. The purpose of the test is to measure the possible range of motion of joints such as trunk, waist and hip at rest, which mainly reflects the extensibility and elasticity of joints, ligaments and muscles in these parts and the development level of body flexibility.

Pull-ups (boys): refers to hanging exercises that rely on their own strength to overcome their own weight and do work upwards. It mainly tests the development level of upper limb muscle strength, as well as arm strength and waist and abdomen strength. In the process of completing a complete pull-up, many back skeletal muscles and upper limb skeletal muscles are needed to participate in the work. It is a multi-joint compound movement exercise and a good way to exercise upper limbs.

Sit-ups (girls): Lie on your back with your legs together and your hands up. Use abdominal muscles to contract, swing your arms forward, and quickly enter a sitting position. Your upper body continues to bend forward, with your hands touching your feet and your head facing down. Then return to the sitting position, and so on.
