(2) Tourists from other counties (cities, districts, banners) in the cities where the epidemic occurred in China must hold the negative certificate of COVID-19's nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and actively cooperate with the local authorities to implement relevant measures such as nucleic acid test and health monitoring after arriving at the destination in the province.
Second, make reasonable arrangements for travel, and don't go unless necessary.
1. If it is not necessary, please try to avoid going to middle and high risk areas or areas with reported cases.
2. Before going out, know the epidemic prevention policy of the destination in advance, and insist on personal protective measures such as washing hands frequently, wearing masks and rice noodles.
3. After returning to China, report to the local community in time and cooperate with the local authorities to implement health monitoring, nucleic acid detection and other prevention and control measures.
Third, do a good job of self and family health monitoring.
1. If you come (return) from abroad during the New Year holiday, for the health of you and your family, you are encouraged to take the initiative to conduct 1 nucleic acid testing and do a good job of self-health monitoring for 14 days;
2. Pay close attention to the health of yourself and your family. If you have fever, dry cough, sore throat, diarrhea, fatigue and other unwell symptoms, please wear a mask, go to the fever clinic of a medical institution in time, and inform the doctor of his residence history, and do not take medicine by yourself;
3. Try to avoid taking public transportation on the way to see a doctor, and take the initiative to inform the doctor of his recent residence history or high-risk exposure history.

Eighteenth disease prevention and control institutions at all levels shall perform the following duties in the prevention and control of infectious diseases:

National and provincial disease prevention and control institutions are responsible for monitoring the occurrence, prevalence and distribution of infectious diseases, predicting the epidemic trend of major infectious diseases, proposing prevention and control countermeasures, participating in and guiding the investigation and handling of epidemic situations, carrying out pathogen identification of infectious diseases, establishing a testing quality control system, and carrying out applied research and health evaluation. Municipal and county-level disease prevention and control institutions with districts are responsible for implementing plans and programs for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, organizing the implementation of immunization, disinfection and control of biological hazards of vectors, popularizing knowledge on the prevention and control of infectious diseases, monitoring and reporting local epidemic situations and public health emergencies, and conducting epidemiological investigations and detection of common pathogenic microorganisms.
