The organizing Committee strongly recommends that the contestants go to the corresponding medical institutions for physical examination before the competition. Participants should conduct self-assessment according to the inspection report and confirm that their physical condition can adapt to long-distance running before they can sign up for the competition. Those who fail can't take part in the competition. The organizing Committee requires each marathon runner to provide a certificate of completing the half marathon for three years or more or a qualified physical examination report within one year; Participants in the half marathon must provide a certificate of completion within three years 10 km or above or a qualified physical examination report within one year. Only after examination and approval can the equipment be collected and allowed to participate in the competition.
Physical examination data and physical examination report are valid from the date of competition 1 year, and uploaded at the time of project registration.
Physical examination information The physical examination items specified in Yichang Marathon registration are heart rate, blood pressure and electrocardiogram, and the reference values are heart rate: 90 beats/min and blood pressure: 140/90. The interval from the date of physical examination to the date of competition 1 year shall be deemed as valid by the organizing committee.
A qualified medical institution registered by the health department of the local government shall be deemed as valid by the qualified medical report of the prescribed inspection items issued by it.
When submitting qualification registration, you need to upload clear photos of relevant qualifications, which must contain the doctor's opinions on the medical examination results and be stamped with the seal of the relevant medical examination institution.
