Suitable temperature for infants
Children have the same body temperature as adults. The normal value is between 36-37℃, which will fluctuate. Generally, the body temperature will rise slightly in the afternoon or evening, and it will be slightly lower in the morning. The child's temperature regulation is slightly poor. If they wear more clothes, their body temperature will be slightly higher. If the indoor temperature is not high and there are few clothes, the child's body temperature may be slightly lower, about 36℃. Generally, children whose body temperature is lower than 37.3℃ do not think they have a fever. If the child has no problem, wearing more clothes will reach 37.3℃, generally 37.5℃ to 38℃ is low fever, 38℃ to 38.5℃ is moderate fever, and above 38.5℃ is high fever. The definition of temperature is basically the same as that of adults. Children should appropriately increase or decrease their clothes. Wear more clothes than adults in cold weather, and wear a little cooler in hot weather. If parents are worried that their children will be cold, they can touch their little hands and feet, which are warm, but generally children are not cold. If the hands and feet are cold, the child may have caught a cold. Don't think that old people and children are afraid of cold in hot weather. Children are sometimes afraid of heat, so don't wear too much. When going out, it is also important to bring clothes to increase or decrease at any time and strictly control the child's heat and cold, which is also very important to ensure the child's immunity. Children wearing more and less will reduce their resistance and cause some secondary diseases, such as colds, fever or other diseases. Therefore, parents should pay attention to the fact that children's clothes must be appropriately increased or decreased according to the season and outdoor temperature.
