Has China Mental Health Association withdrawn from the Third Meeting?

It was the Chinese Mental Health Association that withdrew from the "Three Meetings and One Institute" on 20 19, namely the Chinese Psychological Association, the mental health special fund of the China Health Promotion Foundation, the China Mental Health Education Center and the Chinese Mental Health Association. The reason for quitting is that China Mental Health Association thinks that "three conferences and one institute" can't meet its development needs, and also thinks that its orientation and development direction are different from "three conferences and one institute".
