Induction and Interpretation of the New Deal
Although the policies of different countries are slightly different, the general methods are actually similar. Summarize the main ones first, and then analyze each country in detail!
1, countries with direct flights home.
All countries with direct flights home, whether chartered or scheduled, will no longer be allowed to transit home through third countries from the date of implementation of the New Deal, and embassies will no longer issue green codes. In the past, we could go to Finland or Paris, but now the policies of Finland and Paris have been "globally synchronized", so this practice of drilling loopholes has been completely blocked.
A compatriot asked, do I go to other countries by train (car/car) to fly? The answer is: calculate! Flying to a third country by any means of transportation is considered as transit. Just like crossing the border, when applying for a green code, you must have two double exams and a residence certificate.
However, it does not mean that there is no chance of turning around at all. If the return flight of the host country is blown, you can transfer to a third country while blowing.
For example:
Ethiopian Airlines blew for four weeks from February 22nd to March 22nd, and Kenya Airways blew for two weeks from February 22nd to March 8th.
Compatriots from these two countries want to return to China, and they can transfer to a third country to return to China during the fuse. There are many more choices than direct flights. It is really "welcome to fuse".
2. Countries without direct flights to China
Countries that do not fly directly back to China can only change planes. After the New Deal came out, it was not greatly affected, but the requirement of "only allowing transit once" in the policy may limit the route choice for some countries to return to China.
For example, "Mozambique-Egypt-France-China", after the New Deal, we can't go like this, but "Mozambique-Egypt-China" or "Mozambique-France-China".
Some people may ask, what if my country is so small that I can't transit back to China? There is such a country, but the country has also considered this situation. If you really can't connect once, then you can connect again. For example, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Zimbabwe and other African countries, as well as Dominica in South America, can transfer twice.
3. Quarantine before boarding 14 days.
In addition to the transfer regulations, the most striking new policy promulgated this time is "closed-loop isolation before boarding 14 days, and upload the unit certificate". Do I have to be quarantined when I transfer to a third country 14 days? How can I prove my personal identity without a unit?
First of all, only the originating country needs closed-loop isolation before boarding, and the third country transit does not need closed-loop isolation. At present, among many transit places in the world, only Egypt needs closed-loop isolation, but it only takes three days.
Secondly, if you need proof from the unit, it is only for Chinese-funded enterprises and those who intend to return to China.
Third, unemployed or unemployed compatriots do not need proof, or just need to sign a "personal isolation commitment".
4. The strictest thing about the New Deal is actually this!
When the New Deal was introduced, maybe everyone was scared by the clauses of "closed-loop isolation" and "restricted traffic" and didn't notice the really "terrible" clauses:
Diagnosed or undiagnosed, but any result of nucleic acid, IgM and IgG antibody is positive, the diagnosis certificate of CT or X-ray results of local hospital should be provided, and both nucleic acid tests are negative (sampling time is at least 24 hours apart). After the approval of the embassy or consulate, it will be quarantined for 14 days, and then provide the double inspection report within 48 hours before boarding. If it meets the requirements, you can apply for a green code.
If there is a problem with nucleic acid and IgM, that's fine, but IgG also has requirements, so this is very strict. This new policy is a little different in different embassies, and it is very hidden. It integrates the relevant contents of several embassies and interprets the following information:
First of all, if IgG is positive and vaccination proves, it should be treated like a confirmed patient.
Secondly, compatriots who have been vaccinated must provide proof.
Third, if you have ever been tested positive or diagnosed, you must reserve enough time when buying a plane ticket!
Fourth, if there is a problem with the transit, then don't choose this place for transit next time, because the transit is isolated 14 days, and there is basically no possibility of transit.
Suppose you are in Brazil, you test positive when you transfer to Holland for the first time, and you are forced to return to Brazil without a green code. If you want to transfer in the Netherlands next time, you must meet the CT/X-ray certificate and nucleic acid certificate twice and submit them to the Dutch embassy. Quarantine after approval 14 days, and then do double inspection. That is to say, there is basically no possibility of convergence in the Netherlands.

Can you still go back to China?
1, wait for the direct flight ticket back to China.
Under the New Deal, we can only listen, right? But for some countries with few direct flights and a large number of returnees, such as Russia, Kenya and Rwanda, it is really difficult to return home.
2, such as fuse
That's right, when you blow! We used to change color as soon as we heard the fuse. Now, for those compatriots who have a direct flight back to China but can't get a direct ticket, it is simply "welcoming the fuse", because we can transfer to a third country during the fuse. But be careful. At the same time, the flight to a third country was also blown.
3. Choose different transfer places
In countries where there are no direct flights back home, these compatriots have not changed much, but because some "hot transit places" have cooled down instantly after the news of the green code is confirmed, air tickets are easier to buy, such as France, Amsterdam, Helsinki, etc., so it is actually good news.
4. self-test in advance
If you don't know if there are any positive compatriots, you must test yourself before returning to China, and you must go to a non-embassy designated institution, so that if there is a problem, the test results will not be uploaded and your passport will not be locked. Otherwise, it will be really difficult to return to China in the future.
It is not difficult to return to China in the end, but it is complicated, with changeable policies and complicated itinerary.
