Second, the identification conditions

(two) to participate in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, written examination, interview are qualified, and obtained the "primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate", and in the period of validity (can be queried online in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination).
(3) Since 20021,the postgraduate students of education and normal students who have been included in the examination-free certification reform of primary and secondary school teachers have obtained the professional competence certificate of normal students, and the certificate is valid.
(four) to reach the standard of Putonghua proficiency test level 2 and above, and obtain the corresponding certificate. Chinese teachers should reach Grade Two A. ..
(five) to meet the needs of education and teaching, with good physical quality. Third, certification bodies.
The qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers shall be determined by the education administrative department of the people's government of the county (city, district) where the applicant lives, has his domicile or attends school; The qualifications of practice instructors in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools shall be determined by the education administrative department of the Municipal People's Government where the applicant's residence, domicile or school is located. Four. Identity application process
(1) Online declaration
1. Online time
In 2022, the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in our city was divided into two batches: the first half and the second half.
In the first half of the year, the online newspaper time is from 8: 30 on May 24th to June 20th 17:00.
In the second half of the year, the online newspaper time is from 8: 30 on September 20th to September 26th 17:00.
Step 2 declare the website
Eligible applicants should log on to China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) within the specified time and declare from the "Teacher Qualification Applicant Network Portal". When reporting, you should choose the corresponding on-site audit confirmation point according to the website prompts.
(2) Physical examination
Applicants should undergo physical examination according to the prescribed procedures and physical examination standards. See the attachment for the physical examination form and hospital. Time: Monday to Friday (except legal holidays). Please print the physical examination form on both sides.
(3) On-site confirmation
After the online declaration and physical examination are completed, the applicant shall go to the confirmation point (recognized institution) for on-site confirmation according to the specified time:
The confirmation time for the first half of the year is from June 20th to June 24th, at 8: 30am-1:00pm, and at1:30-4: 30pm.
The confirmation time for the second half of the year is from September 26th to September 30th, 8: 30am-1:00pm, and1:4: 30pm.
The following materials shall be submitted for on-site audit confirmation:
1. Original second-generation ID card (within the validity period).
2. Original academic certificate. If the academic information has been successfully compared with the reporting system, it may not be submitted.
Special note: In the process of material review, applicants must submit the China Higher Education Qualification Report (Xuexin.com Online Application) for academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the reporting system (except secondary vocational school qualifications), otherwise it will not be accepted as unqualified academic qualifications. Applicants are advised to verify their academic qualifications in Xue Xin. If it cannot be verified, please apply for a certification report in time.
3. Original "Physical Examination Form for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Liaoning Province" or "Physical Examination Form for Applicants for Kindergarten Teacher Qualification in Liaoning Province" (valid at that time, printed by itself).
4. The Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the Certificate of Professional Abilities for Normal School Teachers are verified by the application system, and the applicant does not need to submit it on site.
5. Recent 1 one-inch bareheaded color photo with white background (official certificate photo, used to apply for teacher qualification certificate, should be consistent with the photo uploaded when applying online, and the name should be written on the back of the photo).
6. Apply for identification at the place where the household registration is located, and submit the original household registration book or collective household registration certificate; To apply for recognition in the place of residence, the original valid residence permit shall be submitted; If you apply for a permit at the place where the school is located, submit the original student ID card with complete registration information. Full-time graduates of 2022 ordinary colleges and universities who have graduated can provide the original diploma, but not the student ID card.
To apply for the qualification category of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the above information should be provided, as well as the equivalent professional title certificate of assistant engineer and above or the technical level qualification certificate of intermediate and above workers.
7. If the application system cannot verify the applicant's Putonghua proficiency test level, the original Putonghua proficiency test level certificate shall be audited on site.
(4) Appraisal and obtaining certificates.
After the accreditation body completes the on-site audit, it will make a review conclusion according to the audit situation and issue a teacher qualification certificate to the applicant who meets the review conditions. Please refer to the certificate collection notice issued by the official account of Tieling Education Bureau WeChat.
Students above grade three in institutions of higher learning can take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers. Before passing the exam but not obtaining the graduation certificate, you don't have the academic qualifications to apply for teacher qualification. Full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022 can apply for the corresponding teacher qualification recognition at the place where they attend the school. After the applicant obtains the graduation certificate, the certification body will make the certification conclusion and issue the teacher qualification certificate.
Five, epidemic prevention and control requirements
In order to strictly implement various prevention and control measures, applicants must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and handle the green code of "Liaoshitong Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" in advance before entering the office area. Other unfinished matters shall be implemented according to the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements of our city.
Other matters of intransitive verbs
(1) Applicants are requested to make online declaration and on-site audit according to the specified time, place and requirements. If the applicant fails to complete the application within the specified time due to reasons such as missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation institution or on-site confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submission materials, the accreditation institution will no longer accept the application, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicant himself.
