What are the requirements for eyesight in the recruitment examination of public institutions?

Both public institutions and civil servants have requirements for eyesight.

Vision requirements of "Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants";

1. The vision requirements for applying for non-people's police positions are: binocular corrected vision is less than 0.8 (standard logarithmic vision is 4.9) or eye diseases with obvious visual impairment are unqualified;

2. Vision requirements for applying for the position of the people's police: the unilateral naked eye vision is less than 4.8, which is unqualified (except for professional and technical positions of state security organs);

3. For forensic medicine, physical evidence inspection and identification, information communication, network security management, financial accounting, foreign language and minority language translation, traffic safety technology, safety prevention technology, explosive disposal, police dog technology and other positions. Vision requirements: Unilateral corrected vision is less than 5.0, which is unqualified. 4, color blindness, unqualified. Weak color, forensic medicine, physical evidence inspection and appraisal positions, unqualified.

If there is a problem with the eyesight of non-people police, there is actually no problem. Corrected vision means that the vision after wearing glasses can reach 0.8. In other words, except for serious vision problems, general myopia is qualified.

If the registration location is a location that clearly requires vision, surgery or orthokeratology is needed. Vision can basically be restored on the second day after surgery, but not everyone can do myopia surgery. Generally, 20% of friends are not suitable. Myopia friends who usually wear contact lenses need to stop using them for about a week before surgery.

Therefore, friends who plan to do myopia laser surgery should first check whether they are suitable for surgery, and then arrange the operation time reasonably, so as to improve their eyesight and pass the physical examination. Personally, I recommend wearing orthokeratology lenses, which are similar to contact lenses. Wear it at night and your eyesight will be normal the next day. Orthokeratology glasses can be bought or rented. You can rent it two days before the physical examination, and you can have a physical examination if your vision is normal on the day of the physical examination.
