What is the healthiest thing to eat three times a day and lose weight?

Morning: Do not eat greasy things such as bean products and toast, and eat fruits such as apples to supplement energy.

Afternoon: Eat light fruits and vegetables and appropriate amount of chicken and fish for human body to run.

Evening: a small amount of fresh milk, or nutritious oatmeal (preferably not sweet in Australia)
