Because there are too many people accessing the health code at the same time, the server can't handle it at the moment. If you wait and don't respond, the number of visitors will accumulate and eventually the server will crash. Therefore, the interface sets an access timeout. If you can't handle it, it will time out when you return to the interface after a certain period of time.
How to obtain Alipay health code:
1. Open Alipay and click the health code.
2. After logging in with your mobile phone number, click View Now.
3. Click on the resident electronic health card.
