The insured can apply for offline claims, and the specific process is as follows:

⑵ The insured or the insured can bring the relevant materials to the "Ping An Buddha Medical Insurance" claim acceptance network for claim settlement.
Time limit for claim settlement:
(1) The insurance company shall conduct verification within 10 days after receiving the application for payment of insurance benefits and relevant claims data from the insured; If the situation is complicated, it shall be approved within 30 days.
Note: If the applicant, the insured or the beneficiary need to supplement relevant certificates and materials, the claim settlement period shall be recalculated from the date when the claim settlement materials are supplemented completely.
(2) For the events with definite nature and within the scope of insurance liability, fulfill the obligation to pay insurance benefits within 10 days, and transfer the compensation to the bank account designated by the beneficiary by bank transfer.
(3) For those who do not belong to the insurance liability, the insurance company will issue a notice of refusal to pay insurance benefits to the beneficiary within 3 days from the date of approval, and explain the reasons.
