What are the disinfection measures for hand, foot and mouth disease in kindergartens?

Every year, the season of alternating spring and summer is a frequent period of various epidemics, and parents have broken their hearts for their baby's health.

Recently, the news of hand, foot and mouth disease began to appear frequently, and parents and friends began to be nervous again. April-June is the high incidence season of hand, foot and mouth disease every year. Especially last year (20 18) was the peak year of hand, foot and mouth disease.

According to the national epidemic situation of infectious diseases released by the National Health and Wellness Committee, the incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease was 28,000 in March, and it was 438+065,438+06000 in April, 2065, four times that of March.

What is hand, foot and mouth disease? Hand-foot-mouth disease is caused by intestinal diseases, and it is named after herpes on hands, feet and mouth.

Hand, foot and mouth disease is highly contagious, especially in kindergartens. Once it breaks out, it is easy to spread in many directions. So how should kindergartens/nurseries prevent and deal with hand, foot and mouth disease?

First, set up an emergency leading group.

Responsibilities of the leading group: check and supervise the cleaning, disinfection, morning inspection, publicity and education work of all classes and departments. Once an epidemic occurs, do a good job in isolation, reporting, thorough disinfection, tracking and other prevention and control work to prevent further outbreaks.

Second, strengthen the publicity of hand, foot and mouth disease.

Strengthen the publicity and education of the staff, parents and children in the whole park, such as distributing leaflets, posting publicity windows, holding parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings, so that everyone can understand the characteristics and prevention methods of hand, foot and mouth disease, attach importance to it ideologically, and implement preventive measures in action to nip in the bud.

Three. Emergency measures in case of outbreak

1, cut off the transmission route

(1) When a class found a suspected case of hand, foot and mouth disease, the teacher on duty immediately isolated the child, and informed the parents to take the child to a regular hospital for rash treatment, and followed up the condition.

Once the hand-foot-mouth disease case is diagnosed, the class teacher on duty immediately reports to the leading group.

(2) The two teachers in the onset class track and record the child's condition every day, and the child can only return to the park with a doctor's certificate from a regular hospital one month later.

(3) The nurses in the sick class thoroughly disinfect all supplies and articles in the class.

Include irradiating the dormitory with ultraviolet light, mopping the floor with disinfectant, cleaning tables and chairs, fumigating the activity room, soaking and cleaning teaching toys with disinfectant, cleaning exposed bedding, etc.

Nasopharyngeal secretions and feces of young children should also be disinfected.

(4) Children in the onset class are forbidden to skip classes, and the isolation period is one month. During this period, the teachers and nurses in the class should also pay close attention to the physical condition of other children and report to the park leaders in time if there is any abnormality.

Step 2 control the source of infection

(1) Strengthen the morning inspection system. Consciously touch, look, ask and check. Teachers in each class immediately informed parents to take their children with fever, oral ulcer, rash and other symptoms out of the park and go to the hospital for examination. When they are diagnosed with hand-foot-mouth disease, they can't go back to the park until their quarantine period is lifted.

Follow up the children who are absent due to illness every day. Teachers in each class fill in the morning check-up record form and the absence tracking record form, and the health care doctor is responsible for checking and counting.

(2) Nurses and class teachers should do a good job of daily inspection. Children who find abnormalities will be taken to the health care room immediately and examined by health care doctors. If there is a suspected disease, the teachers in each class will immediately inform the parents to take them away from the kindergarten to the hospital for examination. When they are diagnosed with infectious diseases, they will not be able to return to the park until their quarantine period is lifted.

(3) Do a good job of environmental sanitation in the park at ordinary times. Insist on a small sweep every day and a big sweep every Monday. Clean and disinfect children's toys and bedding regularly.

Strengthen disinfection work again during special infection. Cultivate children's good personal hygiene habits, wash their hands after exercise, before and after meals, often disinfect classrooms and rooms, open windows for ventilation, and keep the indoor air fresh.

All disinfection work is carried out in accordance with the disinfection system and implemented to people.

(4) Vegetables should be treated according to the procedure of "one wash, two soaks, three rinses and four cooks", and all kinds of cooked food should be cooked thoroughly. Tableware should be disinfected once after meals to prevent the spread of diseases.

Raw and cooked food and containers should be separated. When hand, foot and mouth disease occurs frequently, the diet is light and easy to digest, and cold food and fruits are not eaten.

3. Protecting vulnerable groups

(1) Pay attention to children's physical examination and exercise at ordinary times, and children should spend no less than 2 hours in outdoor activities every day to enhance their physical fitness.

(2) Pay attention to children's nutritional intake, educate children not to be picky about food, develop good eating habits and drink plenty of water.

(3) In the season of high incidence of infectious diseases, parents are advised not to take their children to crowded public places, and it is also recommended to take some antiviral Chinese herbal medicines orally.
