2, borne by the employees themselves.

If the health status of a job seeker is directly related to the labor contract and job position, which is an important reference index for enterprise recruiters, the enterprise may require the job seeker to provide a recent physical examination form and health certificate, and the job seeker shall bear the medical examination expenses when providing the certificate.
