Relationship between water quality and human health

Water is the source of life and the first element of life. The quality of water is very important, which is closely related to human health. In order to maintain the normal functions of the human body, including digestion, excretion, circulation, lubrication, exchange, gratitude and body temperature regulation, it is necessary to have enough water.

For adults, water is an extremely complicated solution. In nature, it interacts with the environment to form a dynamic equilibrium system. Its internal body contains almost all the elements in the periodic table. Such as mineral components, trace elements, organic matter, gas components, microorganisms, isotopes and so on. Among these many adults, some are necessary for the human body, while others are not only useless, but harmful to human health. The environmental geological conditions of water in nature are different, and the composition, elements and quantity of water are also different, thus forming different quality water sources.
