Community hospitals are not allowed to apply for health certificates. Health certificates can only be handled in the CDC, and community health stations can only do general physical examinations, and they are not qualified to apply for health certificates. You need to go to the local disease prevention and control center to pay the fee, and then take blood tests. After passing the medical examination, it will be handled.
Handling health certificate requires blood collection, stool swab test, routine surgical examination and completion of all physical examination items. The physical examination form is handed over to the blood collection office, and the learning card is trained to participate in health knowledge training and assessment. Those who pass the physical examination and training will get a health certificate from the physical examination department of the handling center seven working days later.
