Matters needing attention in reservation of Jinzhong Library:

1. The library reservation service only provides reservation service for1readers aged 6 and above.

2. Readers can make an appointment at 8: 30 one day in advance for the next day. The admission time is divided into 8: 30 am-11:50 and afternoon 12:00- 18:55, and only one time slot can be reserved in a day.

3. After the reservation is successful, please show the information of successful reservation to the library during the reservation period, and then enter the library after signing in. You can only enter the museum once on the same day after each successful appointment.

4. After the reservation is successful, if readers can't come to the library for personal reasons, they need to cancel the reservation in time. Readers who have not made an appointment and have not cancelled their appointment will be automatically blacklisted by the system, and they are not allowed to make an appointment within 24 hours. Cancellation of the reservation will not affect the reader's card points and credit. For the convenience of you and others, please cancel the reservation in time if the itinerary changes.

5. Readers should consciously scan the code to sign in when entering the library, and scan the code to sign out when leaving the library. Failure to sign in or check out will be automatically recognized as a blacklist by the system, which will affect the next reservation.

6. Bring children's articles at the library reservation platform, and the number of people selected is "1". Readers who make a successful reservation can bring children under 1 name 16 into the library.

7. After the appointment is successful, please queue up at the south or north gate of Jinzhong Library according to the appointment time. Please always wear a mask and keep a distance of 1 meter. Cooperate with the staff to verify the real name of the reservation, provide health code and travel code, non-contact temperature measurement and safety inspection.

Appointment operation process:

1. Enter the reservation interface and register the reservation information.

Readers who enter the library need to make an appointment in advance, fill in relevant information (enter name, ID number and mobile phone number) through the "Book Entry" function of WeChat, check the reader's health commitment letter according to their own situation, and click the appointment to enter the next step after verifying the reader's information.

2. Make an appointment to enter the museum.

(1) Choose whether to bring children into the library. (Note: 800 people are scheduled every day, 400 in the morning and 400 in the afternoon, which will be dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic prevention and control situation; 1 Adults can only bring 1 minors under the age of 16 into the library. It is recommended that the baby literature be borrowed and returned by the guardian. )

(2) Choose the number of times to enter the museum.

3. Generate reservation information.

After the reservation is successful, the system will automatically jump out of the QR code, and the reader needs to press the attention for the later inquiry of the reservation information, and the reader can sign in according to the offline scanning code of the reservation order.

4. Check in and check out.

5. View and cancel appointments

Readers can view the reservation history from the "My" icon in the lower right corner of the reservation interface, or cancel the reservation in the same interface.
