(1) All personnel returning to Tianjin implement the policy of "one certificate, one code and one card", that is, the personnel returning to Tianjin check the 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, green health code and communication itinerary card at railways, airports, road passenger stations and highway passages. At the same time, people returning to Tianjin should report to the local streets (communities) immediately after arriving in Tianjin, and conduct 1 nucleic acid detection within 24 hours after arriving in Tianjin, and cooperate with the local authorities to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. People returning from Beijing to Tianjin provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours.
(2) People who have lived in other counties (cities, districts and banners) in the city where the middle and high-risk areas are located within 0/4 days will be observed for 0/4 days after arriving in Tianjin.
(3) Persons who have lived in the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the high-risk areas are located within 0/4 days of/kloc-shall be strictly managed at home on/0/4 days after arriving in Tianjin, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted at the specified frequency. If the test result is negative, the management can be cancelled.
(4) Persons who have lived in high-risk areas within 14 days shall be strictly isolated after arriving in Tianjin 14 days, and the isolation may be lifted if the test result is negative.
Overseas regions coming to Tianjin:

5. If the next destination of the entry personnel is other provinces and cities, after the isolation is lifted, the entry personnel will be transported to the railway station or airport in a closed loop, and will not stay in this city.
