With the change of epidemic situation control, Shandong has also made corresponding adjustments to the isolation requirements for returnees:
I. Persons entering (returning to) China's economy
1. Those who enter (return to) the province with Shandong Health Pass (code) within the validity period and have normal body temperature can stay in the hotel without isolation observation.
2. For the economic personnel who enter (return to) the territory outside the province, the inter-provincial mutual recognition of electronic health codes shall be implemented, and the mutual recognition of bright codes or transcoding shall be implemented to realize mutual trust of green codes, and no isolated observation shall be implemented. Accommodation enterprises shall not prohibit the entry of economic personnel from outside the province who meet the epidemic prevention and control standards. If they can't recognize each other, they should take the initiative to accept centralized or isolated medical observation at home.
Two. Overseas returnees
1. Overseas people who enter (return to) the economy, whether they are citizens of China or foreign countries, whether they enter the country directly from abroad or transit through other cities in China, must truthfully verify their identity and declare their health through Jinan Health Easy Access APP or QR code at the first time.
2. Overseas economic workers must strictly implement the system of "double temperature measurement and two reports" and report any abnormality in time. Those who have been in the country for less than 14 days will be observed in Jinan for centralized isolation medicine and in special cases for home isolation medicine. Those who stay in other cities in China for 14 days shall be managed according to those who enter the economy from outside the province.
3. Overseas returnees must strictly abide by China's laws, regulations and provisions on epidemic prevention and control, and in case of violation, relevant legal responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
