First, do a good job in health monitoring.
Candidates should monitor their body temperature within 7 days before the exam and do a good job in personal protection and health management. Download and upgrade to the latest version of the civil administration APP in advance and apply for "Fujian Health Code", and punch in health when printing the admission ticket.
Second, plan your trip reasonably.
Candidates should plan their personal travel arrangements reasonably. Candidates from overseas and domestic high-risk areas should reserve enough time for the implementation of epidemic prevention regulations in the city where the test center is located. Candidates who have a history of living in the city where the domestic epidemic area is located must enter (return) the city where the test center is located five days before the test and complete the "3-day family health monitoring +2-day health monitoring"; Candidates who have lived in other cities in China must enter (return) the city where the test center is located three days before the test and complete the "three days and three inspections".
Three. Requirements for nucleic acid detection
Candidates whose COVID-19 nucleic acid test report is negative, Fujian health code is green code, and their body temperature is normal (below 37.3℃) 24 hours before each exam (subject to the dynamic interface time of Fujian health code at the time of admission) can take the exam. In order to ensure that the nucleic acid test results of each exam are within 24 hours before the exam, it is suggested that candidates who took the exam on February 4th, 65438 take a nucleic acid sample from February 3rd at 04: 00 to 22: 00, and candidates who took the exam in the afternoon at 14:00 take a sample after 12.
Fourth, sign a letter of commitment
Before printing the admission ticket, candidates should carefully read the rules of the examination room, the notification of epidemic prevention and control, and the commitment letter of safety examination. In order to ensure a smooth reference, please print and fill in the "Health Statement Card and Safety Examination Commitment Letter for Civil Servants in Fujian Examination Area in 2023 for the Central Authorities and their directly affiliated institutions" in advance, and submit it to the invigilator when I enter the examination room to take the first exam.
V. Abide by epidemic prevention laws and regulations
Candidates should strictly abide by the epidemic prevention requirements of the city where the test center is located (see annex for the test area and consultation telephone number). Candidates should consciously know the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control in advance through official website, and actively cooperate with the test sites and examination rooms to do a good job in on-site epidemic prevention and control. It is suggested that candidates in Fuzhou test area should pay attention to "Fuzhou Health", Xiamen test area should pay attention to "Xiamen Disease Control", Quanzhou test area should pay attention to "Quanzhou Disease Control", and Ningde test area should pay attention to official WeChat accounts such as "Healthy Ningde" to know the epidemic prevention policies and nucleic acid sampling points of the city where the test center is located in real time.
Candidates can wear disposable surgical masks (self-provided) before the exam 1 hour and queue up to enter the test center (school). When you enter the test center, you need to have your body temperature tested, and show the negative proof of nucleic acid test results 24 hours before the test (based on the dynamic interface time of "Fujian Health Code" at the time of admission), the health declaration card of candidates and the commitment letter of safety testing. Candidates who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention inspection of the test center shall not take the test, and shall be treated as absent. After entering the test center, you should consciously keep a safe distance from others, protect yourself and avoid getting together. During the inspection, in addition to the necessary links such as identity verification, masks should always be worn. In case of discomfort such as fever, dry cough and dyspnea during the examination, the examination staff should be informed in time, and the health and epidemic prevention personnel of the test center should judge and dispose of it in time.
During the examination, if the examination time is delayed due to personal reasons or needs to be transferred to the isolation examination room, no make-up examination will be given.
Failing to report the health status truthfully, causing serious consequences, or seriously violating the epidemic prevention and control regulations, refusing to correct or endangering public health and safety, will be investigated for responsibility according to relevant laws and regulations.
Vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine is the responsibility and obligation that every candidate should fulfill. Candidates who have not been vaccinated should do what they can.
