Units or institutions engaged in family service business activities may participate in national and local trade associations. The association carries out activities such as industry management, information exchange, business training, international cooperation, consulting services and publicity and education according to law. Chapter II Operators of Family Service Industry Article 6 Operators shall abide by laws, regulations and the articles of association of this Association, respect social morality and professional ethics, adhere to the principle of service first and quality first, establish and improve internal management systems and various work systems, and be strict in self-discipline. And accept the supervision and management of relevant government departments. The legitimate rights and interests of operators are protected by law, and operators have the right to refuse to collect fees and apportion in violation of laws and regulations. Article 7 Business operators shall conclude labor contracts with service personnel. A labor contract shall be in written form. A labor contract shall generally include the following clauses: (1) Labor treatment. (2) Payment method of wages. (3) Paying social insurance premiums. Business operators shall not employ the following persons to engage in family service (1) They are under the age of 16. (two) can not provide legal, true and effective identification. Chapter III Family Service Personnel Article 12 Applicants for family service personnel shall provide the following information: (1) Identity and academic credentials. Fifteenth service personnel's legal personal rights and property rights are protected by law, and operators and consumers are not allowed to change them without authorization. Consumers who wish to provide family services outside the agreement shall obtain the consent of the service personnel. Chapter IV Consumers of Family Services Article 16 Where a consumer requests to provide family services, he/she shall fill in a registration form, provide a household registration book and identity documents, sign a service contract, and pay the relevant expenses to the operator within the agreed time limit, and shall not harm the legitimate rights and interests of the operator. Seventeenth consumers have the right to know the education, professional skills, relevant work experience, health status and moral quality of service personnel. Eighteenth consumers should respect the personality and labor of service personnel, provide working conditions and service environment in accordance with the agreement, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of service personnel. If they have any complaints about the service quality, they should report to the operators in time and must not force the service personnel to operate illegally. In case of accidents of service personnel, operators and relevant departments shall be informed in time, and the aftermath shall be handled. Nineteenth consumers have one of the following circumstances, service personnel can refuse to continue to provide services, business operators can terminate the family service contract, and shall be investigated for their responsibilities according to law. (1) Failing to pay the service fee and related expenses as agreed, and failing to pay within a reasonable period after being urged. (2) Abuse of service personnel and breach of contract. (3) coercing service personnel to engage in illegal activities. Chapter V Supervision and Responsibility Article 21 The reserve management function of China Family Service Association and local associations is to inspect, supervise, guide, evaluate, suggest and coordinate units or institutions engaged in family service activities and training activities according to law. Twenty-second government departments in charge of family services should make a decision within 30 days after accepting the offer of consumers. Article 23 China Family Service Association and local associations shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of operators, consumers and service personnel according to law.
