1. "Red code" personnel who came to Tang and returned to Tang: after verification by local community investigators, centralized isolation medical observation and corresponding personnel control measures were implemented 14 days.
2. The "Yellow Code" personnel who came to Tang and returned to Tang: After being verified by local community investigators, they were subjected to 7 days of home medical isolation observation and 7 days of home health monitoring.
3. Personnel with pop-up window of Hebei health code: those with pop-up window prompts should take the initiative to report to the residential community or unit, pay attention to answering the phone calls of grassroots investigators, cooperate with the completion of risk investigation, do personal protection, conduct nucleic acid testing twice every 24 hours, and cancel the pop-up window prompts twice if the nucleic acid is negative.
4. For those who come to and return to Tang Dynasty, the trip code is marked with an asterisk: report to the residential community or unit voluntarily, and implement relevant control measures after the local community inspectors verify whether the action track belongs to the middle and high risk area.
5. Entry personnel who come to and return to Tang Dynasty: implement the "14+7+7" isolation control policy, that is, implement centralized isolation medical observation 14 days at the place of first entry, and continue to implement centralized isolation for 7 days after arrival in Tang Dynasty, single person and single household medical isolation observation for 7 days and home health monitoring for 7 days.
6. Close contact, sub-close contact, people coming to Tang Dynasty in middle and high risk areas: 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation, 7 days of single-person single-family home medical isolation observation, and 7 days of home health monitoring.
7. People coming to and returning from the low-risk area of the county or municipality directly under the Central Government where the high-risk area is located: 14 days of single-person single-family home medical isolation observation and 7 days of home health monitoring.
8. The middle and high risk areas have not been defined: For those who came to and returned to Tang Dynasty in counties or towns where positive infection occurred within 14 days, the single-person and single-family home medical isolation observation was carried out for 14 days, and home health monitoring was carried out for 7 days.
9. People who come to Tang and return to Tang in high-risk areas or cities where positive cases occur: implement 14-day family health monitoring.
10. key contact groups other than close contacts and sub-close contacts: according to the requirements of the state, province and city, 7-day home health monitoring will be implemented.

During the period from 4 days before the onset of the disease to its isolation control, conduct 1 4 days of home monitoring on the key places with poor ventilation and closed space involved, and the "key people who may be exposed" who appear within 250 meters of the place and stay with positive people for more than1hour.
In case of policy changes, the above control measures will be dynamically adjusted as needed.
Those who deliberately conceal their itinerary, fail to take the initiative to report or fail to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work and cause serious consequences will pay the isolation observation fee by themselves, and will be seriously investigated for personal legal responsibility according to the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
