Classification standard of occupational health noise hazards

Legal analysis: According to GBZ/T 229.4-20 12 "Classification of Occupational Hazards in Workplaces Part 4: Noise Requirements", the operation that produces sound or other hazards harmful to hearing and health is called noise operation.

Legal basis: Article 16 of the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC) must, in accordance with the provisions of the environmental protection department of the State Council, declare and register the noise emission facilities and noise pollution control facilities owned by the local people's government, as well as the types, quantity and noise intensity of noise sources that emit noise under normal working conditions, and provide relevant information on the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution. If the types and quantities of noise sources change significantly, they must be declared in time. Dismantling or leaving idle noise pollution control facilities shall obtain the consent of the environmental protection department of the local people's government.
