Kunming University's "Experimental Demonstration Project of Developing Preschool Education with World Bank Loan in Yunnan Province" has built a new non-financial public kindergarten which integrates the training of preschool and special education professionals, education and teaching research, social service and experimental training. The park covers an area of 20 mu, with a building area of 88 18.33 square meters. It has 18 classes and can accommodate 700 children.

The Children's Development Center of the Kindergarten Affiliated to Kunming University adheres to the concept of integration of education and rehabilitation, and conducts practical research on preschool integrated education.
