Project background

20 12 Nutritionists from the Capital Institute of Health Nutrition and Cuisine and reporters from China. com Food Channel went deep into rural areas in Gansu and Qinghai, and found that many left-behind children lived with the elderly in rural areas, and still retained outdated living habits. Children's foods are few in variety and heavy in taste. They don't pay attention to personal hygiene. They like to eat spicy strips and chips, and they like to drink mixed drinks with 50 cents. They don't have enough fruits, vegetables and high-quality protein. Some eggs and vegetables are used instead of eating.

Therefore, at the end of 20 12, the Capital Health Nutrition and Food Society (Beijing Nutritionist Club) launched a public welfare project of "Paying Attention to the Health of Left-behind Children". It is intended to change children's health awareness and eventually change unhealthy behaviors.
