How awesome are the office design masters of Tencent and JD.COM. COM?

Have you found that some big manufacturers spend millions on LOGO, such as Xiaomi and Taobao recently? To tell the truth, it doesn't seem to make much difference after the change, so why are big manufacturers willing to spend a lot of money to do this? In addition to optimizing the LOGO to make it more beautiful, unique and highly recognizable, there is also the ability of fancy designers and their own traffic and fame.

Since these few changed LOGO are willing to spend a lot of money to modify them, these domestic manufacturers are of course more willing to spend money on the design of their office buildings. From architecture to interior, almost all of them are designed and built by well-known design companies at home and abroad.

Tencent Beijing head office

For example, Tencent's Beijing headquarters and JD.COM R&D and manufacturing center were designed and built by the world-renowned architectural design company Woodsberg. Today, let's take a concrete look at their designs.

At the end of the paper, a PPT collection of Woods Berg's scheme is attached.

Office space design of Dachang

The design of Dachang office building has spent a lot of thought and money. Today, let's take a look at the design of Tencent's Beijing headquarters and JD.COM R&D manufacturing center.

-Interior Design of Tencent Beijing Headquarters-

Based on the design concept of "* * * existence", the Woods Berg team of Tencent Beijing Headquarters tried to create a comfortable, personalized, functional, green and intelligent office+entertainment healthy workspace.

Tencent Beijing headquarters has three different entrances. The design language and materials at the entrance are the same, but each lobby has its own unique design form, which brings a unique experience.

In one of the lobbies, the stacked stairs, the columns standing in them and the ceiling designed corresponding to the columns bring a different feeling to the whole space. On the stairs, there are scattered seating areas, providing an informal meeting space.

"Taihe ladder" is the core focus of the whole park dynamic line. It combines two intersecting spiral stairs with the mezzanine platform to form an informal collaborative workplace, which can be used as a place for meetings and work discussions and has great flexibility. There is also an independent office space on the top floor to meet the needs of centralized office. This flexible and open workplace can facilitate people to move around in it and improve the interaction and contact between employees.

Of course, in addition to the work area, other supporting facilities are also essential. For example, the building has built a comprehensive functional area, including restaurants, training rooms and other spaces, as well as various fitness venues. Committed to creating a comfortable environment that integrates work, entertainment, sports and life.

JD。 R&D and manufacturing center

JD.COM R&D and manufacturing center were also designed and built by Woodsberg's team. The overall design style is modern and smart, with bright colors. The design of sunshine roof makes the building bright and transparent.

In the office area, different spaces have different colors and themes, bringing more changes and choices.

In the later period, Building 2 continued its previous style in architecture. At the same time, the interior design is bright and modern, more beautiful and fashionable, and more scientific and technological.

Through the design cases of these two big factories, we can find that public places like office space are now pursuing more flexible office space and methods and strengthening interaction.

Woods Berg was designed by a large tool factory.

Woodsberg, designed by Tencent and JD.COM, takes "people-oriented" as the design concept, and is committed to designing architectural space that meets people's actual needs and usage habits.

Just like Woods Berg's own studio in Melbourne, collect employees' opinions in the early stage of design and create a place where you can collaborate and socialize. Various formal and informal spaces are arranged around the huge space in the center of the studio, and there is also a main gathering space as an open small auditorium.

In addition, Woods Berg has many well-known design projects at home and abroad, involving residential, commercial, school, office and other project types.

For example, last year's new works, Deakin University Law School Building and Geometry Building are all eye-catching. Every space in the room combines formal and informal functional areas, which also creates a very flexible and open space.

In Woodsberg's design, the relationship between space and people is the key factor, which highlights the concept of "people-oriented" and flexible space is also favored by Woodsberg. Here, I have prepared a PPT collection of Woodsberg's plan for you, including business, office and other project types. You can not only see its design effect, but also see the complete design drawings and design concepts, so that you can follow the master in all aspects of design.
