This scale has 60 items. Candidates evaluate themselves on the real situation of their recent psychological state. A five-level scoring system is adopted, and each item is a declarative sentence. The evaluation takes about 20 minutes.
Professor Wang Jisheng, the author of the scale, once tested it with a large sample (20,000 subjects). The results show that the correlation between the 60 items of the scale and the total score of the scale is between 0.4 and 0.76, which shows that the discrimination of each item is good. The retest reliability of the 10 subscale is 0.7 16-0.905, the homogeneity reliability is 0.60 1-0.8577, and the split-half reliability is 0.634 1-0.8726. The correlation between each sub-scale and the total scale is between 0.7652 and 0.8726, and the content validity is ideal.
Pay attention to the following items when measuring scales: 1. All subjects should fill in carefully according to their own real situation. There is no right or wrong in every question, so they should answer it as soon as possible and don't think too much. 2, the principle of confidentiality, let the subjects don't have any concerns when answering.
Scoring standard:
According to the factor scores of 10 after filling in the scale, we can preliminarily judge which factors have symptoms of mental health problems.
2 points -2.99 points, indicating that the factor has mild problems.
3 -3.99 points, indicating that the factor has moderate symptoms.
4 -4.99 points, indicating that the symptoms of this factor are serious.
If the score is 5, it means that the factor has serious psychological symptoms.
"China Middle School Students' Mental Health Scale" shows that there is a slight problem in a certain factor, which can be improved and eliminated through self-psychological adjustment.
If a factor scores more than 3 points, but not more than 4 points, the symptoms can be gradually alleviated and disappeared through self-psychological adjustment. If your psychological adjustment has not been relieved for more than one month, you'd better consult a psychologist.
If a factor scores more than 4 points, psychological self-adjustment can be carried out. A week later, they were tested again with the China Mental Health Scale for Middle School Students. If the factor score is still above 4, please consult a psychologist.
The China Middle School Students' Health Scale tests the mental health status of middle school students, which is judged by the score of 10 and evaluated by the total average score. Calculation method of total average score: the total score of 60 items in the scale is divided by 60, and the score is the total average score of mental health of the subjects.
Evaluating the mental health of middle school students with the total average score;
2 points -2.99 points, indicating mild mental health problems.
3 -3.99 points, indicating moderate mental health problems.
4 -4.99 points, indicating that there are serious mental health problems.
If the score is 5, it means that there are very serious mental health problems.
It is suggested that the average score of mental health of the subjects should be above 2, and a psychologist should be consulted.
