1. Take out the health certificate and display the information on the first page on clean printing paper (thermal paper).
2. Open WeChat, enter "Ningbo Medical Insurance Bureau" in the search box, and select the official WeChat account of "Ningbo Medical Insurance Bureau" in the result.
3. After entering the official WeChat account, click "Service" in the pop-up information, and then click "Electronic Health Card".
4. Click "View Electronic Health Card", you will be prompted to enter your ID number, and then click "View Electronic Health Card" and "Download Electronic Invoice" in turn.
5. After downloading, you will receive SMS reminder. Click the link to view and download the electronic invoice.
