1, minors are not allowed to broadcast live. Because the main live broadcast platforms now need real-name authentication and ID cards, they can only broadcast live at the age of 18. No organization or individual may employ minors under the age of 16, unless otherwise stipulated by the state.
2. Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors.
Protecting minors is the common responsibility of state organs, armed forces, political parties, people's organizations, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, urban and rural grassroots mass autonomous organizations, guardians of minors and other adults.
The state, society, schools and families should educate and help minors to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests and enhance their awareness and ability of self-protection.
Article 7
Parents or other guardians of minors shall bear the guardianship responsibility for minors according to law.
The state takes measures to guide, support, help and supervise the parents or other guardians of minors to perform their guardianship duties.
Article 8
The people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the protection of minors into the national economic and social development plan, and the relevant funds shall be included in the government budget at the corresponding level.
Article 9
The people's governments at or above the county level shall establish a coordination mechanism for the protection of minors, and make overall plans, coordinate, urge and guide relevant departments to do a good job in the protection of minors within their respective functions and duties. The specific work of the coordination mechanism shall be undertaken by the civil affairs department of the people's government at or above the county level, and the provincial people's government may also determine that it shall be undertaken by other relevant departments according to local actual conditions.
Article 38
Schools and kindergartens shall not arrange minors to participate in commercial activities, and shall not sell or require minors and their parents or other guardians to purchase designated goods and services.
Schools and kindergartens shall not cooperate with off-campus training institutions to provide paid course counseling for minors.
Second, what personal rights do minors have?
1. The right to life and health is the most basic and important right of citizens and the basis for citizens to enjoy other rights;
2. Minors have the right to decide, use and change their names after their parents and adopters apply to the household registration authority for registration of change in accordance with regulations, and others are prohibited from interfering, stealing or forging. Minors can take their father's surname or their mother's surname. ;
3. Portrait right refers to the exclusive right of minors to personal images that reflect their appearance characteristics in various forms;
4. The right of reputation refers to the right of minors to enjoy reputation and personal dignity.
5. The right of honor means that minors have the right to be commended, rewarded and honored by the government, social organizations and units to safeguard their honor. Minors' right of honor shall not be illegally violated, and it is forbidden to illegally deprive minors of the honorary titles they have been awarded.
