When I was a child, who didn't hear the story of "wolf coming"? This most popular and simple story tells us that dishonesty may pay the same price as life. Once upon a time, people thought that "insurance salesmen just cheated money from other people's pockets." Once upon a time, when we entered the insurance company, some friends around us changed their faces. They said that salespeople must stay away from us and don't "cheat" people around them. Once upon a time, we swallowed a huge embarrassment and took pains to explain the essential difference between insurance and illegal pyramid schemes; No matter what its capital strength is, insurance companies should be honest and upright in their role in protecting the national economy and people's livelihood. Integrity is our insurance industry.

Why is the contrast so big in front of the public? It is some dishonest behaviors that have caused great dissatisfaction in society. When people face some bad phenomena and can't blame specific people, they point the finger at the whole profession. In short, this is the painful price paid by our industry for the lack of integrity! As an insurance company, we suffer greatly. Have we paid less tears and sweat for this? For a long time, millions of life insurance salesmen have been in the embarrassing position of marginal people in the life insurance industry, so what can be done to reverse the decline of Gan Kun? We can only rely on honesty. If there is a standard for honesty, the only standard is time. Because of honesty, we will sign a quality guarantee that can stand the test of time. Because of honesty, we will provide services that can stand the test of time. Being an insurance is being a person, and insisting on honesty will eventually improve our personality! Today, I have changed the general requirements for honesty, but I am concretized, standardized and accustomed in my daily exhibition industry, and I am operating a personal reputation brand.

At present, there are many phenomena in the insurance market that run counter to "honest marketing and honest service": for example, it is easy to insure and difficult to claim compensation; Such as misleading customers for premium, exaggerating insurance liability, and blurring exclusion liability; Such as blindly making promises that cannot be fulfilled; It is difficult to track insurance premiums; Escape by misappropriating insurance premiums, and so on. It is these people's quick success and lack of integrity that have seriously affected the reputation of the insurance industry.

Imagine that the dishonesty of an insurance practitioner can be regarded as the lack of personal credit, so for the entire insurance market, the lack of personal credit will expand to the loss of credit of the entire insurance enterprise. If left unchecked, it will lead to the survival of insurance enterprises.
