Compared with the previous application for entry approval letter, it takes two to three weeks to know the result. Sometimes, the air pass can be approved in two working days, and its convenience is obvious. After receiving the approval notice, the official will also guide you on the operation steps before and after entering the country in the attachment of the email. A series of matters that need to be paid attention to, the applicant has to take it step by step.
1. You must apply for an entry visa to the Singapore Immigration Bureau. You can't enter the country by air alone unless you are exempted. You can apply through a Singaporean you know, using his e-government account (SingPass), or you can apply to Singapore's embassies and consulates abroad and authorized institutions.
2. Submit electronic health declaration within three days before take-off. The two submission paths are ICA website (www.ica.gov.sg) or ICA application (SGARIVAL card), which seems to be only available in some domestic mobile phones). Click the "foreign tourists" option to fill in the form. The required information includes personal and identity information, entry date, countries and regions visited within the previous 14 days, health questionnaire, etc. The form is simple and takes 10 minutes to complete. The formal confirmation letter will be sent out immediately after submission, and foreign tourists will receive bar codes, declaration numbers (DE No) and descriptions of various immigration regulations.
3. Before entering Singapore, download and register on your mobile phone and start the application "TraceTogether" specially used for epidemic tracking. You must show it when you pass the checkpoint, otherwise you are forbidden to enter Singapore. This application can only be used normally on Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones, so you must ensure that Bluetooth is always on. Some domestic mobile phone models are not compatible. If they are not compatible, they have to be replaced with compatible mobile phones. Even within 14 days after leaving the country, the "full tracking" App should remain activated. This is to track people who come into contact with the virus once infected, and upload all the data in the App at the request of the Ministry of Health of Singapore.
You can only fly directly from China to Singapore.
5. Never left China within 0/4 days before take-off.
6. After entering Singapore, you will be examined for coronary heart disease at the airport. The fee is 300 Singapore dollars, paid in advance through the website of Changi Airport (safetravel.changiairport.com).
7. Take private transportation (taxi or taxi, not bus or subway) from the airport to the hotel that has been booked, and wait for a day or two without leaving the room. After the test result is negative, you can move freely. Visitors from China can book hotels through the website of the Singapore Hotel Association (sha.org.sg).
8. When checking in in China, show the airline employees:

10, 12-year-old and under children can be exempted from coronary heart disease testing (unless their peers test positive), and download TraceTogether App.
