People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Law and People's Republic of China (PRC) Occupational Disease Prevention Law are the legal basis for occupational health examination. According to the provisions of Article 44 of the Labor Law, the employing unit shall provide workers with occupational health protection conditions that meet the requirements of the state, and organize workers to carry out occupational health examinations on a regular basis.
The Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases requires employers to organize workers engaged in toxic and harmful operations to carry out occupational health examination in accordance with relevant state regulations, and inform the workers of the examination results. These legal provisions are aimed at protecting the health rights and interests of workers and preventing and controlling the occurrence of occupational diseases.
