"Exchange the upper part of the earthquake with the lower part": Guimei (one of the sixty-four hexagrams, composed of six hexagrams), the lower three hexagrams are exchange hexagrams (one of the eight diagrams), and the upper three hexagrams are earthquake hexagrams (one of the eight diagrams).
"Razer": divination foretells thunder and divination foretells ze. Since Guimei is "earthquake-resistant", it is naturally called "Razer".
