First, prepare for the exam
Candidates must prepare the following materials in advance before the exam:

Second, enter the examination center.
Candidates should wear masks when entering the test center and keep a safe distance. They must show their "health code" and take their temperature. The "health code" is green, and the body temperature before entering the test center is lower than 37.3℃. If the "health code" is not green, a valid health certificate report must be provided, waiting for the on-site CDC staff to judge whether to enter the testing center.
Candidates are not allowed to wear masks when entering the test center or examination room, which will affect the identification.
Candidates in low-risk areas should wear masks before entering the examination room. After entering the examination room, candidates can decide whether to continue wearing it. Candidates in non-low-risk areas and fever examination rooms should always wear masks.
◇ When candidates enter the examination room, they are required to submit the completed Registration Form for Self-monitoring of Candidates' Body Temperature (one for each session) to the invigilator, and sign the Commitment Letter for Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic of Candidates as required.
Third, the handling of abnormal situations in the exam
Candidates with abnormal body temperature (reaching or exceeding 37.3℃) need to re-test on the spot. If they really have a fever, the person in charge will take them to the fever examination room if they are qualified to take the exam after comprehensive evaluation by the staff of the on-site CDC.
During the examination, candidates who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and diarrhea should immediately report to the examination room staff. Candidates who are judged by the test center and professional medical personnel to be really necessary to take the test in the fever examination room must abide by the rules of the test center and obey the arrangement.
Due to respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough, candidates who enter the fever examination room after comprehensive judgment will be transferred from the ordinary examination room to the fever examination room (not leaving the examination room) after approval, and their delayed time will be compensated.
Fourth, leave after the exam.
After the examination, candidates should obey the arrangement of the invigilator and leave the examination room in an orderly and rapid manner. They shouldn't be crowded or gathered near the test center.
V. Results of the inquiry
In the second half of 2020, the inquiry of written test results of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination is expected to be open in 65438+February 10.
