2. Target audience: kindergarten class
Activity source: Fruit is a necessity in everyone's life. Fruit is rich in vitamins and nutrients, which can help human digestive system and supplement trace elements needed by human body. It can also supplement the necessary water for the human body. It is not only delicious, but also beneficial to human body. In kindergarten, many children have a lot of waste in drinking tea, so I think it is necessary to carry out this activity. According to cognitive experience and common sense of life, children in large classes already know the importance of fruit. Children in large classes have strong hands-on ability, can understand the operation of some basic kitchen utensils, and the development of fine movements has been relatively perfect. So I chose this activity to be held in the kindergarten class.
Four. Activity objectives:
1. Let children be familiar with the nutritional components of several common fruits and know how to eat fruits at the right time. 2. Let children master the basic cutting methods and fresh-keeping methods of fruits. 3. Understand the importance of fruit and experience the fun of operation in the activity. V. Activity preparation:
1. Material preparation: apples, pears, bananas, oranges, pitaya, grapefruit and other fruits, fruit knives, sanitary napkins, towels, cutting boards, classrooms with faucets or near faucets, convenient for washing fruits, and quiz cards on health knowledge about fruits.
2. Psychological preparation: keep a relaxed and happy mood, and have a certain understanding of fruit knowledge before class.
Activity of intransitive verbs:
1. Some students play the role of the owner of the fruit food stall, selling fruit salads, some students play the role of the chef of the fruit food stall, and some students play the role of the salesman. Children are welcome to taste, and each person is limited to one.
Some students play the role of consumers and buy fruit salad. When the salad is not ready, they can help with some preparations.
3. After the activity, a forum will be held to discuss the nutritional components and preservation methods of fruits, as well as the details that should be paid attention to when buying fruits and the tips for selecting high-quality fruits.
Seven. Activity process:
1. The teacher first told the students to hold a fruit stand, arranged for the students to prepare, and divided them into groups according to their wishes.
2. Prepare some fruits before the activity, and choose several older children to go to the supermarket or market to choose some fruits. The number of students should be arranged according to the number of children in the class.
3. After the fruit is ready, arrange a group of students to wash the fruit, and then deal with it after cleaning. Every child should pay attention to hygiene in advance, wash the props needed for activities, and dry their hands with towels or sanitary napkins after washing their hands. 4. Start peeling fruit and making fruit salad. Other students discuss the use of fruit privately, or help make fruit salad and keep it fresh.
After the fruit salad is made, the food stalls will be sold. Every fruit stall owner will prepare some question and answer cards about fruit health knowledge. Of course, this is what the teacher should prepare. Students who answer correctly will have a chance to get a fruit salad until the end of the activity. Teachers and students will share the unfinished fruit salad together.
6. After the activity, the teacher and students discussed the health knowledge of fruits, the fresh-keeping methods of fruits, the nutritional value of different fruits, and what kind of fruits to eat at the right time.
Eight. Extension of activities:
1. Encourage children to discuss the delicious fruit with their parents after returning home, and then fall in love with eating fruit correctly. 2. Carry out activities to stop wasting fruit in kindergartens, so that children can understand the importance of cherishing food. 3. After the activity, let the children know more about the fruits outside their living areas, such as tropical fruits and subtropical fruits, and understand their help to the human body.
Nine. Reflection on activities:
1. This activity may not have much effect on children, nor can it make them really understand the importance of fruit and cherish it, and form the habit of eating fruit correctly in daily life. 2. Activities are not necessarily interesting, which will make children less active in activities. 3. It may be that there are too many preparations for the activity, which increases the difficulty of the activity and affects the smooth progress of the activity.
