First, what is sub-health?
Many scholars in China have put forward the evaluation methods or diagnostic criteria of sub-health, among which the evaluation methods or diagnostic criteria put forward by scholars such as Chen, Chen Qingshan and Tao Maoxuan have certain influence. In 2007, the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the Clinical Guide of Sub-health Chinese Medicine, which clearly expounded the concept, common clinical manifestations and diagnostic criteria of sub-health from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, and had a wide impact.
The Clinical Guide of Sub-health Chinese Medicine issued by China Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine points out that sub-health refers to a state between health and disease. People in sub-health state can't reach the health standard, which is characterized by the decline of vitality, function and adaptability in a certain period of time, but it doesn't meet the clinical or subclinical diagnostic criteria of modern medicine.
Domestic research on sub-health is mostly limited to cross-sectional surveys, and most of the tools used are self-rating scales or questionnaires. These surveys involve teachers, civil servants, enterprise personnel, community residents, medical staff and other different groups. Due to different definitions of sub-health and different questionnaires or scales, the detection rate of sub-health reported in various studies is also quite different, mostly between 20% and 80%. The detection rate of sub-health varies with gender, age and occupation, which has nothing to do with birthplace and nationality. Generally, the detection rate of women is higher than that of men, and the age group of 40-50 is higher than other age groups, especially teachers and civil servants.
The main reasons leading to sub-health are: unreasonable diet, lack of exercise, irregular work and rest, lack of sleep, mental stress, great psychological pressure, long-term bad mood and so on.
Second, nine external manifestations of sub-health.
1. Anxious, anxious, uncertain about any problems that were easy to deal with before, frowning, thinking deeply, worrying that disaster is about to happen;
2. fidgety, fidgety, tired when standing, tired when sitting, fidgety when hearing any sound, and always have the impulse to quarrel;
3. Strong jealousy, refusing to accept anyone, even if forced to laugh in person by the environment, will vent their dissatisfaction with the most vicious language behind them;
4. Fear, afraid to communicate with colleagues, friends and relatives. Some people are afraid at home, let alone strangers. Their faces turned red when they saw their boss's heart beating faster. Some people comfort themselves by eating hard, while others paralyze themselves by escaping.
5. The memory decline is very obvious. On key occasions, my mind will be blank for an instant, and I will complain that others can't understand me. I also forget the names of my old friends and often give inconsistent instructions.
6. Slow response, not accepting or refusing to accept new things, reduced physical flexibility, and affected judgment. Everything will be slower than before;
7. Symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, such as cleanliness, often wash your hands repeatedly; After doing something, I will confirm it several times, and often return just to confirm whether the door is locked; Do things according to certain procedures, or you will feel very uncomfortable and so on.
8. Depression is more common. If it is not standardized or treated, it will cause doubts about its existence value if it develops to a serious degree. Most people will choose suicide as the only way out of trouble.
9. Insecurity is a common phenomenon in today's society, which makes people feel insecure wherever they go.
Ten early symptoms of mental sub-health.

Fourth, abnormal reaction: On the one hand, sometimes I am particularly sensitive to interpersonal relationships, and I always feel that my family and people around me are having a hard time with myself. On the other hand, sometimes I want to stay out of it, turn a blind eye to what is happening around me and react coldly.
5. Stubborn: No matter what you do, you want to be self-centered and act according to your own wishes.

Nine, emotional trance: like to indulge in memories of the past, emotional (emotional blog, let's talk about feelings) fragile, emotional "naive", sometimes cold and sometimes hot, have a strong interest in those worthless things, like nagging, no matter whether others like it or not.
Ten, impatience: life is becoming more and more emotional, and there are fewer and fewer rational elements in words and deeds. It is easier to misinterpret other people's kindness, not listen to other people's opinions, not calm, and easy to break out.
