It is the duty of every citizen to participate in the patriotic health campaign, and any unit or individual has the right to report and stop acts that violate the management of the patriotic health campaign. Article 4 It is the responsibility of the people's governments of cities, districts (counties) and townships (towns) to organize patriotic health work.
City, district (county) and township (town) people's governments shall incorporate patriotic health work into the national economic and social development plan, so that the level of social health can develop synchronously with the national economy and social undertakings. Fifth city, district (county), township (town) and street patriotic health campaign committee are composed of relevant departments, which are responsible for patriotic health work within their respective administrative areas or jurisdictions under the leadership of the people's government at the same level or the agency of the people's government. Patriotic health campaign committee member units at all levels shall, in accordance with the unified planning and deployment, carry out their duties and do a good job in patriotic health work in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations or rules.
Patriotic health campaign committee offices at all levels shall supervise, inspect and guide the patriotic health work carried out by the patriotic health campaign committee office at the next level and patriotic health campaign committee member units at the same level. Article 7 State organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions, military units or other organizations shall, according to the actual situation, set up patriotic health work institutions or equip full-time and part-time personnel to carry out patriotic health work in their own systems and units under the unified leadership of the local patriotic health campaign committee. Patriotic health supervisors shall wear signs and produce certificates when carrying out supervision. Article 9 A patriotic health supervisor shall meet the following conditions:
(a) love patriotic health work;
(two) familiar with the legal and health knowledge about patriotic health work;
(three) abide by the law and act impartially;

Twelfth city appearance and environmental sanitation administrative departments should do a good job in the collection, removal and treatment of garbage in a timely manner to keep the city appearance and environment clean and tidy. Thirteenth landscaping administrative departments should plan to expand the area of green space and beautify the environment. Fourteenth environmental protection administrative departments should strengthen the monitoring, supervision and management of environmental pollution, and prevent, control and eliminate environmental pollution and harm. Fifteenth health departments should strengthen the supervision and monitoring of food hygiene, public hygiene, drinking water hygiene, to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of various diseases. Article 16 The administrative department of labor management shall strengthen the management of civilized production, promote enterprises and institutions to improve working conditions and production environment, protect workers' health and prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases. Seventeenth departments of culture, news, radio and television should take various forms to carry out patriotic health propaganda and health education. Eighteenth units should carry out health education and publicize scientific health care knowledge.
Schools should offer health education courses in accordance with the teaching plan stipulated by the national, provincial and municipal education administrative departments, and kindergartens should educate children on health care knowledge. Nineteenth urban areas should carry out activities to create a healthy city, improve and implement various health management systems in accordance with relevant standards, and improve the level of urban health.
