On the ways of developing mental health education in schools.

Mental health education can't be completed mainly by teachers' teaching like knowledge education. It needs to penetrate into all aspects of students' daily life and be carried out in various ways. There are three main forms of school psychological counseling:

(1) psychological counseling course. Psychological counseling course refers to a series of special activities to promote students' mental health development, including lectures on psychological knowledge, psychological training, thematic analysis, situational design, role-playing and game counseling.

(2) Education and teaching infiltration. Mental health education is long-term and extensive, which is not limited to psychological counseling courses, but should permeate all educational and teaching activities in schools. It can be said that all school work should contain the profound significance of mental health education.

(3) Psychological counseling. According to the object of counseling, psychological counseling is divided into individual counseling and group counseling. Individual consultation refers to the one-to-one consultation relationship between consultants and clients, which has the characteristics of strong pertinence, more communication between the two sides and easy establishment of good relations. Group consultation refers to the way in which one or more consultants consult multiple clients at the same time. Its characteristics are wide consultation and high efficiency. Members in the group can exchange opinions and feelings with each other, and make use of the mutual influence, inspiration and help of the group members and the good psychological suggestion effect to make students know and understand their own problems, and then change their attitudes and behaviors.
