The second is to adjust the coding status of "Beijing Health Bao". For those who are still in the county (city, district and banner) where the high-risk area is located, the code status of "Beijing Health Bao" is adjusted to yellow code. For those who have lived in counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located within 14 days and have not returned to Beijing, a pop-up reminder will be sent to their "Beijing Health Treasure". If the prevention and control policy of the place where the returnees are located is stricter than that of Beijing, it shall be implemented in accordance with local policies.
The third is strict remote inspection. All airports and railway stations will strictly check the "Beijing Health Treasure" for those who enter Beijing, and will discourage those who are not in the green code from boarding. If "Beijing Health Bao" is not installed, download and check the coding status on site.
The fourth is to classify and restore the green code of "Beijing Health Care Bao". For the "yellow code" personnel, within 14 days, the whole county (city, district, flag) will be transformed into a low-risk area or the green code will be restored after the county (city, district, flag) where the middle and high-risk area is located has no residence history. For the "pop-up reminder" personnel, after the county (city, district and banner) where the high-risk area is located has no residence history for 14 days, the green code will be restored.
The fifth is the policy measures to return to Beijing. After the above-mentioned personnel take back the "green code", they can return to Beijing with the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the plane. Before arriving in Beijing, you should take the initiative to report to your unit and residential area. After arriving in Beijing, health monitoring should be carried out for 14 days, and nucleic acid detection should be carried out on the day of arrival in Beijing and at least 7 days.
