These five functional areas are laid out from north to south along Dongshan Ecological Restoration Area. Yangqu Town Modern Agricultural Zone, located in the northernmost part of Dongshan Ecological Restoration Zone, is mainly one of the economic driving points in the northern part of Dongshan, Taiyuan, focusing on the development of agricultural sightseeing, agricultural product processing and agricultural service industry; Adjacent to the southern part of modern agricultural zone in Yangqu Town are agricultural sightseeing and agricultural cultural tourism areas, and Changgou farm tourism service area and Yulin Ping traditional village tourism area will be built. In the middle of Dongshan Ecological Park, two functional areas, namely, large-scale ecological leisure park and forest park, will be developed, and public facilities such as sightseeing and picking leisure base and health industry center will be built. In the south of Dongshan Ecological Park, there will be an entertainment center in the suburb of Wulong.
Ten ancient rhyme scenic spots have been planned in five functional areas: Luoying Aqueduct-Xigang Aqueduct+Hundred Mu Peach Blossom Forest Scenic Spot, Green Edge Jingu-Sightseeing Agriculture Theme Park, Yulin autumn scenery-Yulin Ping Ginkgo Forest Autumn Scene, Return to Deep Forest Scenery-Primitive Forest, Natural Broad-leaved Forest Scenic Spot, Mine Yin Qing-Mine Site Theme Park, Tuozhai Bai Sen-Niutuozhai Martyrs Cemetery.
