Is there any healthy way to help us improve our dependence on drugs?

The etiology of drug dependence is complex, which is the result of the interaction of psychological, biological and sociological factors. There are many clinical manifestations after drug dependence, such as increased tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, psychological craving and forced use of addictive drugs, which not only lead to physiological dysfunction such as nervous system damage and various physical complications, but also seriously damage the psychological, family, professional and social functions of patients. The relapse rate after drug dependence treatment is very high, reaching over 90%. In addition to physical factors (such as withdrawal symptoms), psychological and social factors such as psychological desire, external pressure misperception, family and social factors are the main factors of relapse. In view of the above reasons, clinical manifestations and recurrence factors of drug dependence, comprehensive treatment models such as drugs, psychological behavior and social rehabilitation are adopted to treat various related problems caused by drug dependence, so as to minimize the possibility of recurrence and promote patients' comprehensive recovery. Unfortunately, at present, the medical treatment of drug dependence is very limited, mainly for opioid dependence. At present, there is no treatment for synthetic drug dependence, and there is no effective medical treatment for relapse and psychological craving. Therefore, psychological behavior therapy has become the main method of drug dependence treatment at present, and its main goal is to correct all kinds of psychological and social problems caused by drug dependence, prevent recurrence and promote patients' comprehensive recovery.
