The Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance on Cleaning up and Standardizing a Batch of Administrative Charges stipulates that preventive medical examination fees will be abolished from April 1 2007, and the medical examination fees paid for health certificates belong to preventive medical examination fees.
From April, 20 17, 4 1 administrative fees set by the central government will be cancelled or stopped (see the annex for specific items), and the trademark registration fee standard will be reduced by 50%. The relevant departments and units shall go through the cancellation procedures of financial bills in the financial department. The above-mentioned administrative fees owed in previous years shall be collected in full by the relevant departments and units and turned over to the state treasury in full according to the channels specified by the financial department.
