How to cultivate children's healthy psychology and ability
Mental health has now become an important part of the concept of health. With the continuous development of society and the renewal of educational concepts, people have a kind of understanding in concept: the future society needs not only unique intelligence level and skills, but also good personality quality and moral behavior. Children are three to seven years old, which is the fastest and most stable stage of psychological development. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to strengthen children's mental health education at this stage. In our work practice, we summarized the effective ways to carry out children's mental health education. First, pay attention to emotional education. "Emotion" is a psychological response to external stimuli. For example, like, anger, emotions, people have motivation. Emotional education for children is to let children distinguish right from wrong, good from evil, and cultivate good emotional qualities such as caring, loving and respecting children. The only child is basically a collection of love. They always feel that they are small and need to be taken care of by others, and others should leave me alone. To carry out emotional education for children, we must first let them understand the concept of "I am small" and "I am big", because children have grown up relatively when they come to kindergarten from their families to live a collective life and receive collective education. Let them have this idea when they are in small classes, and educate them to live in harmony with their children and be humble. Our kindergarten often carries out the activity of "bringing up the big with the small". For half a day, let the children in the big class take care of the children in the small class or the middle class, organize and take care of them to play all kinds of large toys, play games, go to the toilet and move freely. This activity can make the children in the big class proud, and at the same time cultivate their feelings of helping, caring and caring for others. For the children in the middle class and the small class, it will stimulate their desire to grow up quickly. When they grow up, I can also take my brothers and sisters in the middle class and the small class to play and have activities. That would be great. Emotional education can also be carried out through conversations, games, visits and other forms. For example, discuss "what should I do about this matter" every day; Collective birthdays, sharing happiness; Enter the world of adult labor; The police uncle carefully directs the traffic for the safety of busy people and vehicles coming and going every day; Your parents should take care of the children and do housework after work. How difficult it is to buy food, cook and wash clothes. Let children witness the hard and noble work of adults, and let them have feelings of respecting their elders. Second, pay attention to behavior to cultivate mental health or not, and the behavior performance is the most obvious. We often find that when a child is building a building block, as long as he wants the building block, no matter who has it, he will take it away immediately; The toy fell to the ground as if it had not been seen, and it had nothing to do with her (him) picking up the toy. I have tested 15 children in each class: Set a scene, and intentionally knock over or drop brooms, chairs, toys and towels on the ground. After the children entered the classroom, a child in the small class picked up the toy and said, teacher, the towel fell to the ground. Middle-class children did not respond; A child in a big class raised a small chair and put it down again. I asked him why he raised it and put it down. He replied that the teacher didn't ask me to do anything. There is another test: I mixed a variety of toys and asked several children to put them in plastic baskets. The children in the big class take the basket first and then put only one toy, and then they will be fine. The children in the middle class put baskets on, and those who didn't grab them ran out to play. Children in small classes are the same as those in middle classes, but instead of running out to play, they stand by and watch and do nothing. It can be seen that it is particularly important to strengthen children's behavior training. To make children have a correct view of behavior, we must first educate children to distinguish the correctness of behavior. Ask children to do their own thing, and actively help others, and do something for the collective, such as putting tables and chairs in the park every morning, and sorting out toys and books before leaving the park; Please bring toys and books to the kindergarten to exchange and play; Help the teacher on duty to clean up; Take the waste materials to the kindergarten to decorate "manual corner", "natural corner" and other game corners. Teachers should give timely praise and affirmation to good people and deeds every day, so that children can have a correct understanding of their behavior. We live in nature, and protecting the environment is also the focus of behavior training. We pay attention to educating children not to spit everywhere, not to throw scraps of paper, and not to scribble on the wall. The recycled garbage and non-recyclable garbage are packaged separately, so that children can feed the small animals in the "feeding corner", water and pull weeds in the "plantation" regularly, observe the growth of plants and make observation records. Cultivate children's broad, positive and enthusiastic healthy psychology. Third, paying attention to "successful education" and "successful education" is the most effective way to educate children's mental health and cultivate their self-confidence. Let children experience happiness on the basis of successful experience and enhance their self-confidence and enterprising spirit. "Successful education" must conform to each child's reality, suit children's personality and hobbies, and it is best to let them jump up and get the fruits of success. In the activity of teaching children to jump rope, I found that Sangtian children were afraid of jumping rope, and obviously took the rope to kindergarten, but said no; The skipping rope is in her schoolbag, but she just won't take it out. I patiently said to her, "Will the teacher take you to dance with me?" As a result, when the rope came slowly, she immediately closed her eyes tightly. I talked to her and moved to her for fear that the rope would hit her. I watched other children jump rope with her, and after she relieved her fear, she said no. I teach slowly and break down the movements: the first time I lift the rope over my head, the second time I jump up with my feet, and at the same time I pull the rope from the front to the back with my hands. In this way, she practiced in minutes for about two weeks, and was able to complete several complete movements independently and continuously, and to run and jump with the children. That kind of happiness is beyond description. She shouted from the heart: teacher, I have learned! I made it! Later, in other activities, she was able to overcome difficulties and actively participate. From this point of view, the implementation of "successful education" needs time, correct methods and patient persistence. Our kindergarten often creates opportunities for children to show their abilities. Every month, there is a "small stage" where every child can perform programs for the children in the whole park, win applause, cultivate their courage and form a healthy psychology. Holding an art exhibition, every child will have his own works on display to cultivate his self-confidence. In the implementation of "successful education", teachers' positive comments are very important, such as "You did a good job" and "You painted very well", and your imagination is really rich. "Don't be afraid, be brave, you will learn" and other positive and encouraging languages, so that children can remember it as a belief and form a positive and healthy psychological state that I will do better and I am very capable.
