After years of research, Wang, a scholar in Taiwan Province Province, realized that only a healthy mind can lead to healthy living habits and physical health and maintain high efficiency in society, and put forward the following six criteria to measure whether an individual's psychology is healthy: ① Being employed and willing to work (this is the highest psychological demand of human nature and the source of happiness); Have friends and be willing to associate with others (by sharing feelings with others, you can feel the happiness of love and stabilize your emotions) ③ Know yourself correctly and accept yourself; ④ Being able to objectively evaluate others and recognize others; ⑤ Keep good contact with the real environment; 6. The understanding of the above concepts and standards of mental health is different, but the basic idea is the same. In fact, mental health is a relative concept. From unhealthy to healthy, only the degree is different. Normal and abnormal are relative, unlike physical health with accurate and measurable indicators. People's mental health can change from relatively unhealthy to healthy, and can also change from relatively healthy to unhealthy. Therefore, mental health is a dynamic process, not a fixed one. The standard of mental health can include the following aspects:

1, normal intelligence. Intelligence is the most basic psychological premise of all people's psychological activities. Mentally healthy people can keep curiosity and thirst for knowledge at work, and can give full play to their wisdom to learn knowledge, master skills, solve problems and achieve success.

2. Know yourself, accept yourself and experience the value of self-existence. Can make an appropriate evaluation of their own advantages and disadvantages, have low requirements for themselves, are basically satisfied with their life goals and ideal reality, rarely blame themselves, blame themselves, feel inferior and deny themselves, and have a relatively balanced psychology.

3. Be able to coordinate and control emotions and be happy. Mentally healthy people, such as cheerful, optimistic, cheerful and satisfied, will always dominate. Although they will inevitably experience negative emotions such as sadness, worry, sadness and anger because of setbacks and misfortunes, they will not be in a negative emotional state for a long time, and they are good at expressing, regulating and controlling their emotions appropriately. In social communication, they are neither arrogant nor impetuous, and strive to meet their various needs within the scope permitted by social norms, and their mood is positive and optimistic.

4. Be able to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships with others. Willing to associate with others, friendly to others, full of understanding, sympathy, respect, care and help, have good and stable interpersonal relationships, share happiness and pain in them, and have a strong social support system.

5. Independent, independent and responsible. I am independent of people and things around me, not blindly following, love and concentrate on my work, study and career, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can realize the enrichment of life and the value of my existence in responsible work.

6. Strong adaptability to the environment. Being able to correctly understand the environment, handle the relationship between individuals and the environment, keep good contact with the environment, and be good at integrating oneself into different environments is the coordination and unity of one's psychological needs and society, so as to meet one's own needs to the maximum extent and realize one's life ideal.
